Up to 500 records are included with every setup. Beyond that, migration is priced separately because cleaning and importing 5,000 records is a fundamentally different scope of work than 200 — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than bill it as a surprise.

What counts as a record? Customer profiles, job records, contract entries, and employee records each count as one record. Contact us if you're unsure of your volume — we'll give you an honest estimate before you sign anything.

Is there a contract? What's the minimum commitment?
Six-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. We're not locking you in for 36 months like some competitors. We keep you because the platform works, not because leaving is painful.
What happens if my team grows past the tier I start on?
We move you to the appropriate tier. There's no penalty, no rebuild, and no migration — the platform grows with you. You just upgrade the monthly and the platform capacity expands.
Do I own the platform? What if I stop the service?
Your data lives in your account — not ours. If you ever leave, your data is fully exportable and we help you transition cleanly. You are never locked in or held hostage to our infrastructure.
What's included in the monthly fee — is it just hosting?
No. Monthly covers full platform management: hosting, all software licenses, ongoing optimization, support sessions, new hire training, and direct access when something needs attention. It's operations management, not just a server bill.
How long does it actually take to go live?
Three weeks from signed contract to your team using the platform. Discovery in week one, build in week two, training and launch in week three. Two weeks from signed contract. Not three months. Not six.
What is the Operational Adoption add-on?
The platform is powerful on its own — but if you want help rebuilding how your operation runs on top of it, the Operational Adoption layer adds workflow design, SOP development, crew implementation, and fractional ops management.
